These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all services provided by MIF Removals. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

About Us

MIF Removals is a UK-based removal company providing home and commercial moving services.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes provided through our website, phone, or messaging platforms are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer.

  • Final pricing may vary if details provided are inaccurate, incomplete, or change before or during the move.

  • Additional charges may apply for factors such as restricted access, excessive stair carry, long carry distances, waiting time, or additional items not listed at the time of quotation.

  • Quotes are valid for a limited period and may be withdrawn or revised if circumstances change.

 Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once accepted by both parties.

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before or on the day of the move, depending on the service booked.

  • Failure to make payment as agreed may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about the move

  • Ensuring safe and legal access to the property, including parking arrangements where required

  • Securing fragile or valuable items unless packing services are agreed

  • Disconnecting and preparing appliances prior to the move, unless otherwise agreed

MIF Removals is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information or lack of access.

 Items We Cannot Move

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:

  • Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials

  • Perishable food items

  • Illegal goods

  • Cash, jewellery, or other high-value items unless agreed in writing

Customers should inform us in advance if unsure about any item.

Liability & Damage

  • We take reasonable care when handling belongings.

  • Any claims for damage must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after the service.

  • MIF Removals is not liable for damage resulting from:​

    •  Pre-existing damage

    •  Items not suitable for transport

    •  Access restrictions or customer instructions

    •  Poor packing by the customer

Liability is limited in line with UK industry standards unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

 

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Vehicle breakdowns

  • Third-party delays

  • Access issues at collection or delivery locations

Cancellations

  • Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover time, labour, or reserved resources.

  • Any cancellation fees will be communicated clearly.

Website Use

  • The content on this website is provided for general information only.

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free or up to date.

  • Unauthorised use of website content is prohibited.
